The Design Starts
We will start off by having a quick 10-15 minute chat over the phone to get a good understanding of your project. We will discuss your vision, along with budget and timescale.
We offer a free initial consultation which can be virtual or face to face. This will take up around 1/1.5 hours. During this time we will discuss your project in depth and explore various options that will work for you. Prior to this meeting we ask if you can send images and measurements of the room through, this will help us gain a very good understanding of the space prior to this meeting.
If you are happy to go ahead with our design service, we will schedule a home visit (if you are within our driving parameter) once the design fee has been paid.
We will conduct a survey of the room and take full measurements to ensure that we have all the information needed to produce an accurate design. We will also bring along various paint colours and fabrics, that we had mentioned in our initial meeting as lighting is key and very important to see in the room itself!
Once the home visit has been completed we will begin designing. Based on what was discussed during our meetings, we will put together mood boards, sample boards, floorplans and renders to showcase the design. This will be presented to you in a digital document, for you to keep. We will source paint colours, furniture, accessories and flooring for the project. We also work with trusted suppliers to ensure that we only include the best quality for our projects.

Sending You The Design Pack
Once the designs have been complete we will book in a day to present this to you, this will be in a digital format plus a physical sample board. You will have this to keep and to be able to reference back to. We offer one round of minor revisions if you wanted any alternatives for smaller items.

We will send across the full design pack which includes all aspects of the design, along with a digital shopping list. You will be able to purchase items when you are ready. * Please note that we ensure items are in stock once presenting the designs. We urge you to order asap to ensure items do not go out of stock.
We offer in-person consultations as well as virtual support. If you're local to Surrey, we can visit your home to provide personalised guidance and advice. Alternatively if you need a quick chat or extra help during the design process, we are just a video call away.
Our E-Design packages start at £950
The exact cost will depend on the room type and the complexity of the project.
